- Full dust removal, high to low, including ledges and diffusers
- Window and frame cleaning, interior
- Sticker, adhesive, paint, and grout haze removal
- Fixture, cabinet, and millwork detailing
- Floor scrub and initial finish
- Final punch-walk with your PM
How it is priced
$0.40 per square foot for a vacant space with normal construction debris. Hauling, exterior work, and repeat phases are bid separately.
