Who is actually in our building?
Background-checked W-2 employees, assigned by name, re-screened annually. Never a subcontractor.
How do you handle classroom surfaces and toys?
Disinfected nightly with EPA-registered products safe for the age group, with toys and soft surfaces on their own schedule.
Can you be finished before staff arrive?
Yes. Evening and overnight windows are the default.
What about cafeterias and restrooms?
Both are scoped separately with their own checklists — they are the two areas parents notice first.
Paperwork we keep current
- Background check on every assigned technician
- EPA-registered products appropriate to the age group
- Signed confidentiality and conduct agreement
- Certificate of insurance naming the school
